Most options in this market come with a gap in them. Your maintenance team cannot engineer it, a general contractor has never installed a crane, and an equipment supplier ships the machine and hands you a list of installers. Every one of those leaves you managing the seam between trades.

Can you install this without shutting down our line?
Most installations are scheduled around production rather than through it. Crews work nights, weekends and shutdown windows, and the job is phased so the areas you are still running stay open. The sequence is agreed before the permit is pulled.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?
Our projects include the stamped drawings, the permit and the final inspection, so one team carries the job from the first site visit to sign-off.

Our largest controlled environment to date is 30,000 square feet, carried on one contract from the flooring, walls and ceiling through the HVAC and electrical, and our rack jobs run to more than 2,000,000 pounds of steel. We also enjoy taking on smaller projects because they matter just as much.
