Anything wider or longer than a standard pallet. The carriage is built around the load rather than the load being made to fit.
PFlow Series F Lifts in Atlanta, GA
Built for Oversized, Off-Center Loads.
Got a Heavy Load?
What the Series F Handles
Quick answer
A four-post mechanical vertical reciprocating conveyor. The carriage is guided and supported at all four corners and driven by chain from a mechanical drive, which is what lets it take loads that are heavy, long, off-center or rolling.
When Your Load Needs Four Posts
Applications
Loads a two-post carriage cannot support evenly, and duty cycles a hydraulic machine would not enjoy.
Capacities, Travel, and Carriage Sizes
Specifications
Where standard vertical lifting equipment stops, the Series F is engineered to the load: four posts, standard capacities to 50,000 lbs, and engineered configurations to 200,000 lbs.
What Buyers Confirm Before Ordering
FAQ
If your question isn't here, call the shop.
Can it be installed without stopping production?
Usually. The floor work and the deck opening are the disruptive parts and we schedule those around your run. Our own crews handle the machine.
How does the cost compare with a two-post machine?
More, because there is more structure and a mechanical drive. Whether that premium is worth it comes down to load shape and duty cycle.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?
Our lift installations include the permit, the inspection and the load test, so the lift is approved before it goes into use.
Can a forklift drive onto the carriage?
In drive-on configurations, yes, but that has to be engineered rather than assumed. Carriage deck loading, approach ramps and guarding all change.
What happens if it goes down?
We service what we install and hold the PFlow relationship, so parts and support come from one place.
How many stops can it serve?
Multi-level configurations are routine. Each landing adds controls, gates and interlocks, so tell us the number of stops early rather than adding one later.
