PFlow Series M Mechanical Mezzanine Lift
Made for All-Day Cycling.
A mechanical lift rated to 8,000 lbs for high-cycle and multi-level work, permitted and installed across the Southeast.
Moving Between Several Levels?
What the Series M Is
In 30 seconds
The PFlow Series M is a two-post mechanical VRC rated to 8,000 lbs. Motor-driven chains raise and lower a structural steel carriage on fixed guide columns.
Duty cycle is why it exists. Hydraulic lifts are excellent machines for two-level applications running a handful of cycles an hour. Push one to twenty or thirty cycles an hour across multiple shifts and the drive becomes the maintenance item. Mechanical drives are built for that pattern.
The M Series also handles multi-level configurations, three or more stops, where hydraulic systems get impractical.
- What it is. A mechanical vertical reciprocating conveyor rated to 8,000 lbs, driven by motor and chains.
- What it's for. Frequent cycling, taller vertical travel, and three or more stops. Duty a hydraulic lift won't sustain.
- Why mechanical. Hydraulic drives are built for intermittent duty. Run one at high cycle rates and you'll be servicing it.
- Where it stops. 8,000 lbs and standard configurations. Beyond that, the Series F four-post takes over.

Engineered and Installed from Atlanta, GA
Design build scope
Mechanical lifts are engineered systems. The structure gets verified for imposed loads, the electrical gets coordinated, and the install accounts for a machine moving tons through a floor opening.
Our lift installations include the permit, the inspection and the load test, so the lift is approved before it goes into use.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
If your question isn't here, call the shop. We'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
When do I need mechanical instead of hydraulic?
Frequent cycling, taller travel, or more than two stops. If the lift runs more than a handful of cycles an hour across a full shift, mechanical is the right call regardless of weight.
How many levels can a Series M serve?
Three or more. Multi-level is one of its defining capabilities and a hydraulic lift's practical limit.
Is it noisier than hydraulic?
Chain drives are audible where a hydraulic cylinder mostly isn't. In a plant environment it's rarely a factor; in a quiet commercial space it can be.
What maintenance does it need?
Periodic inspection and lubrication of chains, guides, and safety devices. Structural steel machine, simple drive. PFlow publishes maintenance bulletins for every series.
