What We Installed
A two-room modular office, with wall panels built to the customer's exact height and width, plus specialty HVAC equipment. Doors, windows and lights came as part of the office order, so the customer did not have to source them separately.

The Problem
The plant needed office space inside an existing warehouse, installed quickly and cleanly, without disrupting busy production lines. They also knew they would need to expand the office after the new year.
How It Went In
Panels and studs arrived pre-sized, so there was very little cutting on site, and very little of the noise and dust that comes with framed construction. Installation took less than two days. We coordinated the delivery, the installation and the HVAC under one purchase order, so the plant's contact could stay focused on his own job.
The Result
A finished office in less than two days, built so it can be expanded when the next phase comes.
