Gorbel Crane With Welding Curtains

Power and Motion recently installed a Gorbel crane in a custom welding station. The ergonomic crane we used for this application is a 4 column free standing crane with two 500# capacity bridges. The bridges are designed to support tool balancers. The tool balancers support welding tools in an ergonomic manner. By using a Gorbel crane, we were able to provide a safer and more productive workspace for our client.
In addition to the Gorbel crane, we also installed a custom Singer Safety weld curtain that surrounded the entire crane structure. The welding screen provides protection from welding sparks, and blocks out harmful light.
