Power and Motion specializes in modular wall construction that enables clean rooms to be constructed in a speedy manner eliminating plant disruption and downtime. The mess of conventional construction is greatly reduced or eliminated using our modular design. Modular clean rooms will provide you with the most cost-effective clean room environment construction.

Modular clean rooms can accommodate anything from a medical equipment enclosure to pharmaceutical applications. Our interfacing clean room walls, floors, ceilings and mechanical components will provide a contaminant-free environment, effectively allowing control of air flow, pressure, temperature, humidity and filtration.

Since all material is pre-cut, mitered and completely finished, installation is completed quickly; with minimal mess, dust and disruption. Our design provides the flexibility to meet any requirement for size and configuration, since the walls are completely independent and de-mountable.

Modular clean rooms include wall studs on nominal 4' centers. These wall studs can be used for vertical electrical wiring raceways for receptacles, switches and outlet boxes to provide virtually unlimited access and availability.

HVAC units can be pre-engineered to provide the required temperature, humidity, and pressurized air to the clean room.
