Belt Driven Live Roller

Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) Conveyors are a versatile way to convey products of various shapes, sizes and weights. Products such as boxes, cases, drums and totes are ideal for the bolt together product line. When conveying heavier loads like appliances and loaded pallets, welded construction is a more suitable choice.
Accumulating, diverting, merging and transportation are all normal applications for Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyors. On straight Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) Conveyors the bed rollers contact a flat driving belt on the underside which creates a friction drive between the belt and the rollers. Minimum (and zero) pressure accumulations are a major benefit for using BDLR. When a curve is needed, a V-belt is used to power the bed rollers.
The pop out friction driven rollers provide a better industrial condition when working around the conveyors vs. “fixed in place” rollers. Because the top of the rollers can be physically above the side frames, BDLR conveyors are capable of handling products wider than the BF (between frame) of the conveyor.
The belt is normally powered using a motor/reducer drive package. Flat Belt Driven Live Roller (Straight Sections Only) Three styles of conveying products – transportation, minimum pressure accumulation & zero pressure accumulation Three construction styles to convey a wider range of products – light duty, medium duty & heavy duty Bolt-together/galvanized, bolt-together/finish coat or welded/finish coat options Capable of 3’ to 100’ lengths with one drive packageLow profile drive packages to achieve lowest possible T.O.R. height No chain guard reducing the effective/useable width of the conveyor.
Accessories include: transfers, lift gates, product stops, mechanical brakes, escapements, side guides, and portable legs.
